Snipes USA commissioned our production team to create a powerful year-end recap video showcasing their extensive community engagement initiatives. The challenge was to distill a year's worth of diverse events, partnerships, and activations into a cohesive narrative that would authentically represent Snipes' community impact while reinforcing their brand values. The content needed to resonate with multiple stakeholders—from consumers and community partners to internal teams and corporate leadership.
We developed a documentary-style mashup approach titled "Beyond Retail: The Snipes Community Movement." This concept framed Snipes not just as a retailer but as an active community builder with deep cultural connections. Using a non-linear storytelling technique, we created thematic segments organized around key impact areas (youth development, arts support, neighborhood revitalization, etc.) rather than chronology. This approach allowed us to highlight emotional throughlines and recurring commitments while showcasing the breadth of Snipes' community presence.
