Snipes USA approached our production team with an exciting challenge: create a visually dynamic campaign to launch the iconic Jordan Metallic 5 sneaker that would resonate with both sneaker enthusiasts and basketball fans. The brief required a concept that would honor the shoe's design heritage—inspired by WWII fighter planes—while creating contemporary content that would drive engagement and sales across Snipes' digital platforms.
Our creative team developed a high-impact concept titled "The Physics of Flight," drawing a powerful visual parallel between a basketball player's aerial dynamics and a fighter jet's takeoff. This concept paid homage to the original inspiration behind the Jordan 5 design while showcasing the sneaker's performance capabilities in a fresh, visually arresting way. By juxtaposing slow-motion basketball dunks with fighter jet sequences, we created a narrative that emphasized power, precision, and the legacy of flight that defines the Jordan brand.
